This hotel is like any ordinary Marriott. I'd recommend it to anyone who wants a clear three star hotel. My only complaint is the highway if you sleep in the back of the hotel.

The rooms were exceptionally clean. The bathrooms looked brand new and unused; they were so pristine. The breakfast offered a lot of options.The only complaint I have is that hot water and coffee should be offered to guests in the lobby when requested. When we arrived after a 12 hour day spent at Longwood Gardens we were told they stop offering hot beverages at 8 pm! No offer was made to provide it to us. We were bluntly told our rooms had coffee. Have you ever brewed in room cofee? Yuck! We had booked 4
Standard hotel of the chain, no frills but clean well kept and friendly. Decent breakfast. Rooms could be less Spartan, but comfortable beds.
Rooms are ok but service can be variable and poor.
The heat in the room struggled to stay on with it being 26 degrees out. The hot water stopped working one morning. They did fix it after a few hours. The breakfast was pretty bland.
They could not change rooms when we realized (40 minutes in was too late) that king bed room wouldn't comfortably sleep 3. No loyalty points from us.
The front desk couldn't say whether housekeeping could send another comforter.
